Ever wonder what is the origin of these playing cards?
Ever wonder why so much things can be done with only 52 cards?
Ever be amazed by the invention of poker cards??

Does 52 sounds a lil familiar to u guys?
Yes, 52 weeks a year
And if you add up all the name of each cards in words, ACETWOTHREEFOURFIVESIXSEVENEIGHTNINETENJACKQUEENKINGS
You'l get 52...

How many suits are there in a deck?
4
And yes, there are 4 seasons in the year, and 13 cards per suit, which means 13 weeks in each season

And if you total up all the value of each card in the deck, Ace=1, Jack= 11, Queen = 12, King = 13
You'le get 365, doenst sound right? yes, 365 days in a year!

2 colours in the deck, black n red, representing the day and the night

12 picture cards, 12 months in a year

Everything's so interrelated...So much like Da vinci's principles...

Besides that, Ever wondered why is the King of Hearts has no moustache ?
It is not because he is young or what, it is caused by an accident, not by the king himself but the craftman who accidently broke the moustache in the mould, and the mould became a model for all other poker cards, so KingoHearts remained young but not happy...
Why? dont you see him poking his head with the sword?
He must be dam sad to be cacated!

3 Big Events for the Mid-year Ended 30 June 2007 Part3

After our exam, me and some friends had a trip to Genting
Cable car was fun, both uphill and downhill, like a pathway to heaven,so nice, the feeling of heaven is right beside me, so so real, i cant see anything, blinded by thickness of the midst..

Arrive at destination at 12 plus and out for games immediately after checking in the room

The most enjoyable ride- the pirates ship, is like going across humps n humps n humps again and again in the car, my heart felt so relaxing when it slides down and gravity nailed my foot when the ship goes up!


The most exciting ride- the solero shot! Superman, floating in the air for few seconds is nice! undescribeable

The most sorry ride- some mary-go-round like swing thingy. Accidently burnt Hui Sunn's hair with my Flamming wallet!!! Its really burning~!@#$ But the ride will be very romantic if its with another half

The LAMEST ride- stupid kiddo lame kart, driving a fake go-kart at the maximum speed of less than 50km/h ......

The dirtiest ride- CORKSCREW!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah!

Dint really enjoy much because my eyes were soring n swallon and pain, there it goes the saying, the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak....

Contradiction comes in play
Felt so alone when i was in coffeebean that night, everything was strange to me, thoughts confused me for a moment, am i or am i not, should i or should i not??
Is it true, or is it a sham? a shadow? or a loss of rationality middle of the night?
No cold breeze but a cold heart , frozen the feelings
My firewallet loses its flame, like a frozen blazing heart.

Had a real nice heart-to-heart chat with friends, eating cup noodles at the corridor, playing spinning the bottle game,playing with my ciplak tongkat ali vanishing toy, listening to some strange sounds from room 912/3...

Part 2 of the events is a boring one!

CAT final examination ended 12th june 2007!

i took paper 7- some costing n performance management
Paper8- Audit
Paper 9- Tax

of all papers i have the least confident for my audit paper,
few hours before the exam, i already started planning for my future if i were to fail my audit (good planning at early stage is useful to implement future procedures!)
Positively:
1. I can be in the same class again with my good friend , i want!
2. I can have more time to focus on 1 paper only, and maybe, a World Prize??
3. I can have more time for my Magic practice
4. I can have some spare time to get a part time job, extra income??
5. I can learn a very very very good lesson!!

Seriously, there are so many good reasons for me to fail...

Negatively:
I cant attend the CAT graduation ceremony !!
And my dad will kill me!!
hahahahaha!!!

ok,so exam ended peacefully after the clock stroke 6! The exam invigilator actually started the exam few minutes late. We thought that she is going to extend the time, but heck , she SCRUTINISED the hanging clock back to 3pm! We felt that we are younger by 5 minutes! haha

Send some condolences to my hp, my exam invigilator kill it 3 times during the 3 papers...

3 Big Events for the Mid-year Ended 30 June 2007 Part1

Festival of Magic ASIA 2007 was held in subang parade from 1th june~ 10th june
There were 3 days magic competition and performances by professional magicians all over asia!
The heat of magic overwhelmed my exam fever, and exams, my CAT finals was totally out of my mind
My cousin got a job there, and because of that i got to know some of the magicians over there

Xiao Run is from china and is the overall Champion for the Magic competition, her act was included bow and arrow manipulation, chinese mask changing, costume changing, fanning deck, cards manipulation and etc,
EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL. EXTREMELY SMOOTH AND FLAWLESS ACT

The competition and performances was really enjoyable, it is worth 3 whole days staying in subang parade with Mc.D as lunch and dinner!
Met many Malaysian magicians and had a card jamming session together with them as well as performing simple street magics to passerby
